AFTERNOON UPDATE — Concord hires Southcott as volleyball coach (Bluefield Daily Telegraph)
ATHENS — Concord University has hired Kathryn Southcott as their new volleyball coach. Southcott, who played the sport for four years at Ithaca (N.Y.) College, will take over the reins of the Lady Lions on Aug. 1, according to interim athletics director Kevin Garrett.
