The Iranian volleyball team has won its second consecutive title in the 2nd Asian Men's Cup Volleyball Championship after whitewashing China in the final match.

A 13 Seed Gets It's Day For those of you who grow weary of the same old faces in the AVP final week after week, there was some new blood on the stadium court this week in Hermosa Beach. Number 13 seed Matt Prosser and John Mayer made the final after taking out No. 10 seed Nygaard/Olson and No. 2 seed Hyden/Scott. Prosser and Mayer are the lowest seeded team to make a final this season.
